Put Us under your wings.

"Hide me under the shadow of Your wings." — Psalm 17:8 (AMP)

Yes, Lord—this is where we belong. Not exposed, not vulnerable, not alone—but hidden, covered, and held in the shelter of Your presence.

The Scripture That Promises This Protection:

Psalm 91:4 (AMP) — "He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and a wall."

Psalm 36:7 (AMP) — "How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! The children of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings."

Ruth 2:12 (AMP) — "May the Lord repay you for your kindness, and may your reward be full from the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge."

Matthew 23:37 (AMP) — "How often I wanted to gather your children together [as a hen protects her chicks under her wings]."

A Prayer of Refuge:

"Lord,

Put us under Your wings—

not near You, but under You.

Not close, but covered.

Not just visited, but sheltered.

Let Your wings be our hiding place,

our fortress, our peace, our home.

When the storm rages, hide us there.

When the enemy prowls, cover us there.

When we are weak, sustain us there.

When we are afraid, let us rest there.

Under Your wings, we are safe from accusation.

Under Your wings, we are warm in Your love.

Under Your wings, we are sheltered from every wind.

Under Your wings, we are home."

The Promise for You:

The One who covers you is the same One who spoke the universe into being, who parted the Red Sea, who walked on water, who rose from the dead. And He says to you: "Under My wings, you are safe. Nothing can snatch you from My hand. Rest now, beloved. You are home."

Put us under Your wings. He already has. Rest in that shelter today—and let nothing steal your peace.
