🙏 A Prayer of Reverence

Father,

I come before You with awe and reverence.

You are holy, mighty, and worthy of all honor.

You are the Creator of all things,

The One who holds the universe in Your hands,

And yet, You know me by name.

Teach me to fear You—

Not with a fear that drives me away,

But with a fear that draws me close.

A fear that is pure and enduring.

A fear that is the beginning of wisdom.

Let this holy fear guide my steps.

Let it shape my choices.

Let it guard my heart.

Let it lead me into all truth.

For You are the Lord,

And You are worthy of all praise.

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." (Proverbs 9:10)

In Jesus' name,

Amen.
