Multiply my talents.

 Amen. This prayer echoes the Parable of the Talents, where faithfulness with what we are given leads to increase and greater purpose. Here is a prayer for multiplication, stewardship, and divine partnership.

Multiply My Talents

You are the Giver of every good gift,

The One who uplifts and the One who sifts.

The seed in my hand,the skill in my reach,

The words I can learn,the people I teach—

All are from You,a sacred, holy trust,

To steward with courage,with diligence, and just.

So I bring them now, these talents I hold,

However humble,however bold.

I lay them before You and humbly pray:

Multiply my talentsthis day.

“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’”(Matthew 25:21)

Multiply them not for my gain or my name,

But to magnify Your glory,to spread Your fame.

Multiply my capacity to love and to give,

Multiply the days that I faithfully live.

Give me wisdom to use what You choose to increase,

To be a channel of Your boundless peace.

Let every talent,touched by Your grace,

Find its true home and its perfect place.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”(1 Peter 4:10)

Where I have one, let there be two, then four,

And open for me every spiritual door.

Not for hoarding,but for sowing abroad,

A faithful investment in the kingdom of God.

I am Your servant. The talents are Yours.

Multiply them,Lord, as heaven assures.

And when my accounting at last is complete,

Let me hear the words,“Well done,” at Your feet.
