Lord, You come that we may have life more abundance.

 You have touched upon the very heart of Jesus's mission—a promise of profound and overflowing life. This isn't just about existence, but about a life of purpose, connection, and spiritual wealth that begins now and lasts forever.


🌿 Understanding "Life More Abundantly"


Jesus made this promise in a powerful context:


"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10)


This "abundant life" (or "life to the full") is a direct contrast to everything that diminishes, depletes, or destroys the human spirit. It is the opposite of the thief's work.

✨ The Source and Nature of This Life


This abundance is not primarily material wealth or a problem-free existence, but a spiritual reality rooted in a Person:


1. It's Found in Connection to Jesus: He said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5). The "much fruit" is the natural outflow of the abundant life—love, joy, peace, and purpose.

2. It's a Quality of Life: It's a life marked by the "fruit of the Spirit"—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). This is the internal wealth of the abundant life.

3. It's Received, Not Achieved: This life is a gift of grace, received through faith in Christ. It cannot be earned by our efforts but is freely given because of His love (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Lord Jesus, You came so that I might have life overflowing. I confess that I have often settled for less—for mere existence, for my own striving, for things that promised life but left me empty. Today, I turn to You, the true source. I receive the abundant life You died to give me. Fill me with Your Spirit. Align my heart with Your purposes. Let Your love, joy, and peace flow through me. Teach me what it means to abide in You, the True Vine, so that my life would naturally bear the beautiful fruit of Your presence. I trade my emptiness for Your fullness. Thank You for this indescribable gift. Amen.

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)


So let my life be lived here, in this conscious, awake embrace.

Let every moment be an altar in this holy space.

For if I haveYour presence, I have everything I need—

My beginning and my journey,my life and loving creed.


In Your presence.

My home.

My joy.

My constant state.

My everlasting fate.

I exchange my crown for your Glory.

 The Exchange


I take this crown—this fragile, fading thing,

Of my own making,all my striving brings—

This circlet woven from ambition's thread,

The glory of the self,by self be-fed.


And here, before the throne of matchless grace,

I lay it down.I turn away my face

From its reflected,hollow, shallow sheen.

I exchange my crown for Your glory, unseen.


They lay their crowns before the throne and say: "You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power..." (Revelation 4:10-11)


Take my crown of pride, for Your crown of humility.

Take my crown ofcontrol, for Your crown of sovereign liberty.

Take my crown ofachievement, for Your crown of grace.

Take my crown ofself, for the glory of Your face.


For what is my glory but a weight, a false, consuming fire?

But Yours is love,and life, and all my soul's desire.

You wore the crown of thorns to win for me this right—

To trade my rags of royalty for Your unending light.


And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place... (Philippians 2:8-9)


So let the trade be final. Let the transfer be complete.

My small story swallowed in Your victory,vast and sweet.

Clothe me in the radiance that comes from You alone,

Till all that's left to see,Lord, is Your glory on the throne.


I am crowned in You.

My only boast is in Your name.

My crown is Your glory. Forever, the same.

Let my labor be a response to Your direction,not the source of my identity.

Let me workwith You, not merely for You.


Guard the gates.

Let no pride,no jealousy, no hidden compromise

be smuggled into the walls.

Let the only treasure stored within be Christ Himself.

Build my home, that it may be a sanctuary of peace.

Build my relationships,that they may be strongholds of love.

I cease my striving.

I exchange my vanity for Your vision.

I trade my weariness for Your yoke,which is easy. (Matthew 11:30)

For the house You build may rise slowly by my measure.

Its design may confuse my shortsighted eyes.

But it will stand.

It will be a house of prayer.

It will be a home.


Unless the Lord builds the house…

My Lord, Bless the works of my hands.

 A Blessing for the Work of Your Hands


Bless the work of my hands, Lord.


Not for my own gain or glory,

but as an offering laid upon the altar of Your purpose.

Let it be more than a task—let it be aministry.

Whether my hands hold a tool,a pen, a keyboard, a child, or a broom,

let them move with the dignity of one who serves You.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”(Colossians 3:23)


Bless the labor of my mind.

Where I must solve and strategize,create and communicate,

be the wellspring of wisdom.(James 1:5)

Let my thoughts be disciplined and my ideas fruitful,

always subject to Your truth.


Bless the toil of my heart.

Where my work demands compassion,patience, or forgiveness,

pour Your love through me until my own reserves are exhausted

and only Yours remain.

Let my work be a bridge for grace.


Bless the fruit of my effort.

Let it begood, solid, and useful.

Let it bring order from chaos,healing from hurt, clarity from confusion.

Let it nourish and sustain others,as You intend.

“May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands.”(Psalm 90:17)


Bless the rhythm of my rest.

Teach me when to labor with all my strength,

and when to cease,trusting that You are God of the harvest.

Guard me from the idolatry of busyness and the emptiness of burnout.

“In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat—for he grants sleep to those he loves.”(Psalm 127:2)


Bless the purpose of my provision.

As You provide through my work,give me a heart that holds all things loosely—

generous,open-handed, and quick to share.

Let my work fund Your kingdom as well as my household.


And when the work is hard, bless me with endurance.

When it feels mundane,bless me with a vision of its eternal significance.

When it seems to fail,bless me with the faith that You see the seeds I have planted in tears. (Psalm 126:5-6)


Above all, Lord, let my work be an act of worship.

Let it be done in partnership with You,the Master Craftsman.

Let it bear the imprint of Your character:excellence, integrity, and love.

May my life’s labor,in the end, be found woven into the great tapestry of Your redemptive work in this world.


So bless the work of my hands, Lord.

Dead into the flesh, alive into the Spirit.

 Dead to Flesh, Alive in Spirit


I have been crucified with Christ, the great exchange is done:

Dead to the flesh,its empty rule, its futile, selfish run.

The old,rebellious Adam-life nailed to the cross that day,

When Jesus took my death and carried it away.


For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin. (Romans 6:6)


No longer bound to satisfy its every dark demand,

No longer subject to the rule of its corrupted hand.

Its passions,pride, and perishable pursuits have lost their hold,

For in the tomb with Christ,that former story’s fully told.


But crucifixion was the path to resurrection’s hour:

Alive unto the Spirit,born of God’s creative power.

The breath that raised the Son of God now breathes inside of me—

A new creation,living for the glory I now see.


And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. (Romans 8:11)


Now I walk by this new Spirit, not by sight or old desire.

He leads,He teaches, comforts, fans to flame a holy fire.

The law of life in Christ has set me free from sin and death,

To live each moment by His grace,with every yielded breath.


So let the flesh stay buried, let the Spirit rise and reign.

Let every thought be captive to the life that Christ obtained.

For I have died,and yet I live—a mystery, a sign—

Not I, but Christ who lives in me, His life in this life mine.


Dead to sin. Alive to God.

The old is gone, the new has come.

This is the victory.

The Great Exchange


This declaration captures the essence of the believer's new identity in Christ—a simultaneous death and resurrection.


· The Death (Dead to the Flesh): "The flesh" refers to our innate human nature apart from God, oriented toward self-reliance and sin. Through union with Christ in His death, this old nature's power is broken. We are no longer obligated to obey its desires (Galatians 5:24). This is a definitive break, a change of masters.

· The Life (Alive in the Spirit): Simultaneously, through union with Christ in His resurrection, we are made alive by the Holy Spirit. This new life is characterized by freedom, intimacy with God, and the power to bear spiritual fruit (Galatians 5:22-23). The Spirit now dwells within us as the source of this new, eternal life (Romans 8:9-11).

· The Daily Tension & Truth: While this break is legally and spiritually complete, we experience a daily tension. The "flesh" (old patterns) wars against the "Spirit" (Galatians 5:17). Our call is to continually "consider yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus" (Romans 6:11) and to "keep in step with the Spirit" (Galatians 5:25), making the true condition our practical reality.


This is the gospel's transformative power: not just forgiveness for the old life, but the gift of an entirely new life powered by God's own Spirit.

Justify us into the kingdom of God.

 Justified into the Kingdom


How can a soul, with stain and debt untold,

Be justified and to a holy kingdom brought?

Not by the works our fragile hands have wrought,

Nor by the silver of our virtue sold.


For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:23-24)


The law but showed the chasm, deep and wide,

Between our failing hearts and Heaven’s perfect claim.

It spoke our guilt,it whispered but a name:

The promised Lamb of God, who for us died.


For God, in love, made Him who knew no sin

To be a sin-offering,once for all,

That in Him we might become righteousness’call,

And justified by faith,new life begin.


God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. (2 Corinthians 5:21)


So justification is a holy trade,

A sovereign declaration from the throne:

His record mine,my debt paid by His own.

My filthy rags for robes He has arrayed.


Thus, through the door of Christ, and Christ alone,

We cross the threshold to the kingdom’s light.

Justified children,walking in His sight,

Our standing sure,our future His, our own.


Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. (Romans 5:1-2)


Justified.

Not by my merit, but by His blood.

Not by my standing, but declared righteous by God.

Into the kingdom, as a beloved child, I come.

Understanding Justification


Justification is the central act of God's grace by which He declares a sinner righteous on the basis of Christ's finished work. It is a legal term meaning to be declared "not guilty" and brought into right standing.


· The Problem: We all stand guilty before a holy God (Romans 3:23). Our own righteousness is insufficient (Isaiah 64:6).

· The Provision: God Himself provided the solution. Jesus Christ lived the perfect life we could not live and died the death we deserved, taking our sin and giving us His righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21).

· The Means: We receive this gift through faith alone (Romans 3:28). It is not earned by good works but received by trusting in Christ's work on our behalf (Ephesians 2:8-9).

· The Result: We are pardoned, reconciled to God, and granted the right to enter His Kingdom as His children (John 1:12). This brings immediate peace with God and the hope of eternal life.


Justification is the door. The transformed life that follows—growing in holiness, love, and good works—is the beautiful evidence that you have truly stepped through it. If your heart is turning to Christ in trust, this justification is a present, unshakable reality for you.

Peace of God be upon us.

The peace of God be upon us now—

Not as the world gives,fragile, brief, and thin,

A temporary truce amidst the noise and din,

But as the settled calm of Christ’s own breath,

A fortress in the soul that silences the threat of death.


And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)


Let it descend like evening dew, a quiet, gentle balm,

To still the inner tempest and instill a holy calm.

Let it stand as sentinel where worry seeks to breach,

A garrison of grace no anxious thought can reach.


This is the peace He left with us, His own, His last bequest,

The legacy of Calvary,where striving finds its rest.

It is the binding of the broken,the mending of the seam,

The quiet at the center of the wildest,raging dream.


Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. (John 14:27)


So let it fall—on troubled minds, on weary, burdened souls,

On fractured homes and broken plans,on spaces grief controls.

The peace of God be in this place,in every word and deed,

A living,flowing river meeting every human need.


We receive it not by circumstance, but by a steadfast trust,

Keeping mind and heart on Him who is forever just.

The peace of God be upon us,a covering, a crown,

Until in perfect peace with Him,our every hope lays down.

The peace of God is a profound spiritual reality that operates on two levels—as a gift we receive and a state we cultivate.


· A Supernatural Guard: The promise in Philippians 4:7 describes God's peace as a divine sentinel that "will guard your hearts and your minds." It actively protects our inner being from being overrun by anxiety, fear, or confusion when we present our requests to God with thanksgiving.

· A Distinctive Quality: Jesus specifically contrasts His peace with the world's peace (John 14:27). The world's peace depends on favorable, external conditions. Christ's peace is independent of circumstances—it is the deep, settled assurance of His presence, sovereignty, and love, even in the storm.

· The Pathway to Peace: Isaiah 26:3 reveals the key: "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." This peace is nurtured by a conscious, disciplined focus on God's trustworthy character and promises.


This peace is not the absence of trouble, but the profound presence of God in the midst of it. It is your inheritance and your shelter.

Holy Spirit, fall upon me.

Fall upon my heart—with holy love and fire impart.

Fall upon my lips—that I may speak with heaven’s grace.

Fall upon my hands—to serve in this appointed place.


Where I am weak, be my strength. Where I am bound, bring release.

Where I am barren,bring the fruit of righteousness and peace.

Where I am silent,give me words and boldness to proclaim

The wonders of my Savior and the glory of His name.


I will pour out my Spirit on all people... (Joel 2:28)


I yield. I wait. I open every door.

Come,Holy Spirit, as in days of old, and pour.

· For Empowerment: The Spirit "fell upon" individuals in the Old Testament (Numbers 11:25-26) and the New (Acts 10:44) to equip them for specific service, leadership, or proclamation.

· For Filling: As believers, we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us (1 Corinthians 6:19). To pray for Him to "fall upon" us is to ask for a renewed infilling—a fresh surge of His power, peace, or guidance for our current circumstances.

· For Alignment: It is a prayer of surrender, asking for our will to be submerged in His, so that our lives bear the "fruit of the Spirit" (Galatians 5:22-23) and operate in His gifts (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).

Love fulfills the Law.

 Love Fulfills the Law


The law was like a mirror, showing every stain,

A perfect,holy standard, where my own strength proved vain.

It measured out the boundaries,“You shall” and “You shall not,”

A tutor to reveal the depth of my profound need of God.


But then came Love incarnate, with eyes of gentle flame,

Who did not come to break it,but to fulfill it in His name.

He lived its true intention down to the smallest part,

And wrote its living spirit on the tablet of His heart.


Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. (Romans 13:10)


For all the law and prophets on two great commands depend:

To love the Lord your God with heart and soul,without end,

And love your neighbor as yourself—on this,all teachings hinge.

In this,the complex code finds its completing, single cringe.


No longer just “Don’t murder,” but “Don’t harbor hateful thought.”

No longer just“Don’t steal,” but “Give from what your hand has wrought.”

For if I truly love you,I will seek for you the best;

In loving,every “shall not” finds its “shall” and finds its rest.


For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Galatians 5:14)


So let me live in this Love, who first so loved me.

Let every action,motive, and word from this root be.

Not under law’s stern letter,but under grace’s reign,

Where Love Himself fulfills in me what I could not attain.


For Love is the fulfillment.

Love is the higher way.

In Christ, the Law of Love is my eternal day.

 Here is a poem for overcoming fear with faith, rooted in the promises of Scripture.


Overcome Fear with Faith


Fear speaks in whispers, shouts, and in the night,

It paints the future bleak and steals the light.

It is a chain,a weight, a chilling lie

That says my God is distant or too high.


But faith, O faith, is not a blinding force,

But trusting in my true and steadfast Source.

It is to hear a different,deeper sound—

The voice of Him on holy,solid ground.


For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)


So when fear says, “You cannot walk this mile,”

Faith answers back,“I can through Christ the while.”

When fear says,“Look at all that threatens you,”

Faith lifts my eyes to see the story’s true

Conductor,holding every single part,

And whispers,“Peace, be still” into my heart.


So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)


This is the overcoming: not that fear

Has vanished from the atmosphere I’m in,

But that my faith,by practice, draws more near

To Him,until His voice alone I hear

Above the storm,the worry, and the din.

And standing there,I find that I have won,

For fear is overcome where faith’s begun.


I choose faith.

I receive power, love, and a sound mind.

Fear, you have no place here, for perfect love has cast you out.

Living in This Victory


Overcoming fear is both a decisive declaration and a daily practice. Here are two ways to apply this truth:


· Speak to Your Fear with Scripture: When a specific fear arises, counter it directly with God's Word. For example, if fear says "You are alone," your faith can answer: "The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid" (Deuteronomy 31:8).

· Practice Thankful Trust: Actively thank God for His presence and faithfulness before your circumstance changes. This shifts your focus from the problem's size to your Provider's greatness, building your spiritual "muscle memory" of trust.


Trust in God.

 The Unshaken Trust


Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own.

Acknowledge Him in all your ways,and He will make your path well-known.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.(Proverbs 3:5-6)


When fear would rise to shout its case, and tell you to despair,

Remember this,and speak it to the weight of every care:

When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.(Psalm 56:3)


Trust Him when the provision seems a distant, fading dream,

And He will part your Red Sea with a mighty,flowing stream.

Trust Him in the furnace,for a fourth form walks beside,

The Son of God in glory,in Whose shadow you can hide.


Trust the Father's heart when He says, “Lay your Isaac down,”

For He Himself will provide the ram,the blessing, and the crown.

Abraham named that place The Lord Will Provide. And to this day it is said, “On the mountain of the Lord it will be provided.”(Genesis 22:14)


Trust the Shepherd’s goodness in the valley, dark and deep.

Trust the Vinedresser’s pruning while the other branches sleep.

For those who trust are like Mount Zion,which cannot be moved,

A city on a hill,by grace and faithfulness approved.


Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.

They are like a tree by streams of water,fruitful, green, and trim.

But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water…(Jeremiah 17:7-8)


So I will trust You with my past, its sorrow and its shame.

I’ll trust You with my present,and my future in Your name.

For You are God,and You are good. Your Word is proven true.

My heart,my life, my all I place in trust, dear Lord, in You.


In trust, I find my rest.

In trust, I find my strength.

My soul waits for the Lord, more than watchmen wait for morning light.

All things possible through God that loves me.

Because God loves me, this my soul's confession:

With God, all things are truly possible.

Not by my might,nor by my weak profession,

But by the hand of Him who owns the all.


Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)


The mountain that I face, unmoved and vast,

The ocean deep of need before me cast,

The prison door of fear that's bolted fast—

Are but a breath to Him,from first to last.


And so I do not face them on my own,

A fragile soul to struggle and to mourn.

I face them in the strength of Christ alone,

Who for the joy before Him,bore the thorn.


I can do all this through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:13)


The "all things" possible are what He wills,

What lines with His good purpose and design.

The heart that trusts Him utterly,He fills

With power to rise,to follow, and to shine.


To love the unlovely, to forgive the debt,

To stand in joy when every comfort flies,

To walk on promise when in fear I've met—

This is the possible that makes me wise.


For He who did not spare His own dear Son,

But gave Him up for us—won He not also,

With Him,grant every battle to be won?

His love the certain ground on which I go.


And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)


So let me live this year, and every day,

Not by the sight of what my eyes can see,

But by this faith:Love makes a perfect way.

All things are possible, my God, through Thee.

Lord, our Maker and our Keeper,

we do not ask first for the things that pass away,

the"spiritual blessings in the heavenly realms in Christ." (Ephesians 1:3)


Bless us with a spirit of wisdom and revelation.

Open the eyes of our hearts.(Ephesians 1:17-18)

Let us not just knowabout You, but truly know You.

Reveal the hope of Your calling,the glorious riches of our inheritance in the saints.

Let every circumstance unveil more of Your nature to us.


Bless us with the spirit of unity.

Make us one,as You are one. (John 17:21)

Tear down every dividing wall in our hearts—pride,prejudice, petty grievance.

Knit us together in love,so that the world may see Your love in our fellowship.

Let our unity be our testimony.


Bless us with the fruit of Your Spirit.

Not as a distant ideal,but as the living produce of abiding in You. (John 15:5)

Bless us with the gift of discernment.

Let us desire no heaven but You,no reward but nearness to You.

"Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name."(Psalm 29:2)


I desire to honor You with my thoughts.

To take every anxious,wandering, or bitter notion captive and present it to You. (2 Corinthians 10:5)

To let my mind be a sanctuary where Your truth is pondered,not a battlefield for lies.

May the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight.(Psalm 19:14)


I desire to honor You with my time.

To see the moments of my day not as possessions to hoard,but as offerings to steward.

To spend my strength on what lasts,to invest my hours in what echoes in eternity.

I desire to honor You with my words.

Let my tongue be a fountain of life,not a weapon of death. (Proverbs 18:21)

May my speech be"always full of grace, seasoned with salt," (Colossians 4:6) building up and pointing always back to You.

Let even my silence honor You.


I desire to honor You with my obedience.

Not the grim,dutiful kind, but the joyful "yes" of a loved child.

In the small choices unseen by others and the large sacrifices that cost me dearly,let my life whisper and shout:

"I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart."(Psalm 40:8)


I desire to honor You with my trust.

When the way is dark and the answer delayed,let my steady reliance be my loudest praise.

Let my peace in the storm be a proclamation that You are who You say You are.

"Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you."(Psalm 9:10)


But Lord, this desire is a frail flame.

It flickers in the winds of my weakness,my pride, my forgetfulness.

So I do not merely offer You my desire;I ask for Your power to fulfill it.

"Work in me to will and to act in order to fulfill your good purpose."(Philippians 2:13)

Take this desire and make it durable.

Take this offering and make it authentic.


Let my whole life become a living altar.

Not one built of stone,but of surrendered moments.

Not with the smoke of sacrifice,but with the incense of a life wholly yielded.

Let every breath,every step, every choice be a brick in that altar, saying:

Holy. Worthy. Glorious.

"For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen."(Romans 11:36)


It is my desire.

By Your grace,let it be my life.

Keep me safe, O Lord.

Not in a cage of fear,but in the fortress of Your faithfulness.

Not from every storm,but through it.

“Keep me as the apple of your eye;

hide me in the shadow of your wings.”(Psalm 17:8)


Keep my soul safe from the corrosion of cynicism.

From the slow leak of faith,from the lie that You are distant.

Guard the garden of my heart.

“Above all else, guard your heart,

for everything you do flows from it.”(Proverbs 4:23)

Be the wall of fire around it.(Zechariah 2:5)


Keep my mind safe from the siege of anxiety.

When thoughts spiral into chaos,be my garrison of peace.

“You will keep in perfect peace

those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”(Isaiah 26:3)

Let Your truth be my helmet.(Ephesians 6:17)


Keep my steps safe from the enemy’s snare and my own foolish wandering.

“The Lord will keep you from all harm—

he will watch over your life.”(Psalm 121:7)

Light my path so I may walk in the way of wholeness.(Psalm 119:105)


Keep my relationships safe—a harbor of grace, not a battlefield of pride.

Where I am called to love,keep me from harm; where I am called to set boundaries, give me courage.

Let my community be a refuge that reflects Your safety.


Keep my faith safe when the ground feels unsteady.

When answers are delayed and the night is long,be the Keeper of my flame.

“I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able

to guard what I have entrusted to him until that day.”(2 Timothy 1:12)


For Your keeping is not passive.

It is the active,vigilant, tender hold of the Good Shepherd.

It is the promise that“no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.” (John 10:29)

It is the assurance that even if I walk through the darkest valley,You are with me. (Psalm 23:4)


So I step into 2026 with this plea and this promise on my lips:

You are my Keeper.

My going out and my coming in.

My waking and my sleeping.

My beginning and my end.


Keep me safe in the hollow of Your hand.

Keep me trusting.

Keep me Yours.
