Lord, relieve my fear and worry.

I hear you. He hears you too. You do not have to carry this fear and worry alone—He is already near.

“When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your comforts delight and soothe me.” — Psalm 94:19 (AMP)

“Casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].” — 1 Peter 5:7 (AMP)

A Prayer for Relief from Fear and Worry:

“Lord Jesus,

I bring You my fear and my worry—

every anxious thought, every restless feeling,

every ‘what if’ that keeps me awake.

I cannot carry this alone.

I was never meant to.

So I cast it all on You—

because You care for me.

You are bigger than my fear.

You are stronger than my worry.

You are faithful when I am afraid.

Quiet my mind.

Calm my heart.

Still my spirit.

Replace my fear with Your peace.

Replace my worry with Your trust.

Replace my panic with Your presence.

Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding,

guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

I choose to trust You today—

not because I have all the answers,

but because I know the One who does.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.”

A Blessing of Peace:

May the Lord lift the weight of fear from your shoulders. May His peace quiet every anxious thought and calm every restless feeling. May you know—deep in your soul—that you are not alone. He is with you. He is for you. He will carry you through.

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.” — John 14:27 (AMP)

Rest in His peace today. He is holding you.

If fear and worry feel overwhelming or persistent, please also reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or doctor—God often uses them as part of His care for you.
