Cleanse me from unrighteousness

We come before the Lord together, asking Him to cleanse you completely from all unrighteousness — every stain, every shadow, every hidden fault — and to make you whiter than snow through the precious blood of Jesus and the washing of His Word.

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

— 1 John 1:9

"Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin… Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow."

— Psalm 51:2, 7

A Prayer for Cleansing:

Holy God,

You are light, and in You there is no darkness at all.

I come to You just as I am — aware of my need, aware of my failures, aware of my unrighteousness.

In the name of Jesus, I ask You to:

· 🔥 Purify my heart — remove every impurity of thought, desire, and motive.

· 💧 Wash my mind — cleanse me from lies, shame, and unhealthy patterns.

· 🕊️ Renew my spirit — fill every part of me with Your holiness and truth.

· ✨ Restore my innocence — let me stand before You cleansed and whole, clothed in the righteousness of Christ.

I receive Your forgiveness.

I receive Your cleansing.

I receive Your purity by faith.

Thank You, Jesus, for paying the price for my sin and making me clean.

Help me to walk in this freedom every day.

2. Abide in prayer — Keep short accounts with God; confess quickly.

3. Walk in the Spirit — Let Him lead you away from temptation.

4. Live in community — Allow fellow believers to encourage and strengthen you.

You are clean, you are free, you are holy in His sight.

Now go and live as the redeemed, purified, and beloved child of God that you are. 💖
