Justified into the Kingdom
How can a soul, with stain and debt untold,
Be justified and to a holy kingdom brought?
Not by the works our fragile hands have wrought,
Nor by the silver of our virtue sold.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:23-24)
The law but showed the chasm, deep and wide,
Between our failing hearts and Heaven’s perfect claim.
It spoke our guilt,it whispered but a name:
The promised Lamb of God, who for us died.
For God, in love, made Him who knew no sin
To be a sin-offering,once for all,
That in Him we might become righteousness’call,
And justified by faith, new life begin.
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. (2 Corinthians 5:21)
So justification is a holy trade,
A sovereign declaration from the throne:
His record mine,my debt paid by His own.
My filthy rags for robes He has arrayed.
Thus, through the door of Christ, and Christ alone,
We cross the threshold to the kingdom’s light.
Justified children,walking in His sight,
Our standing sure, our future His, our own.
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. (Romans 5:1-2)
Justified.
Not by my merit, but by His blood.
Not by my standing, but declared righteous by God.
Into the kingdom, as a beloved child, I come.
Amen.

Understanding Justification
Justification is the central act of God's grace by which He declares a sinner righteous on the basis of Christ's finished work. It is a legal term meaning to be declared "not guilty" and brought into right standing.
· The Problem: We all stand guilty before a holy God (Romans 3:23). Our own righteousness is insufficient (Isaiah 64:6).
· The Provision: God Himself provided the solution. Jesus Christ lived the perfect life we could not live and died the death we deserved, taking our sin and giving us His righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21).
· The Means: We receive this gift through faith alone (Romans 3:28). It is not earned by good works but received by trusting in Christ's work on our behalf (Ephesians 2:8-9).
· The Result: We are pardoned, reconciled to God, and granted the right to enter His Kingdom as His children (John 1:12). This brings immediate peace with God and the hope of eternal life.
Justification is the door. The transformed life that follows—growing in holiness, love, and good works—is the beautiful evidence that you have truly stepped through it. If your heart is turning to Christ in trust, this justification is a present, unshakable reality for you.
