Help me cross stormy water.

Amen. This is the cry of a heart that is in the middle of the storm—and He is the One who walks on water.

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you." — Isaiah 43:2 (AMP)

A Prayer to Cross Stormy Waters:

"Lord Jesus,

You are the One who walks on water.

You are the One who calms the storm.

You are the One who reaches out His hand when I begin to sink.

I am in stormy waters.

The waves are high.

The wind is strong.

I am afraid.

But You are with me.

You are in the boat.

You are on the water.

You are reaching out Your hand.

Help me cross these stormy waters.

Keep my eyes on You—

not on the waves,

not on the wind,

not on my fear.

When I begin to sink, catch me.

When I lose my footing, steady me.

When I am overwhelmed, carry me.

Speak peace to my storm.

Say to the waves: 'Be still.'

Say to my heart: 'Do not fear.'

Say to my soul: 'I am with you.'

Lead me through.

Bring me to the other side.

Bring me to safe shore.

Bring me to calm waters.

I will not look at the storm.

I will look at You.

And I will cross—because You are with me.

In Jesus' name,

Amen."
