Counting my blessings.

 Amen. This is one of the wisest things a heart can do—to stop, look back, and count the blessings of the Lord.

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits." — Psalm 103:2 (AMP)

Counting Your Blessings:

Count them one by one—

· Salvation — You were lost, and He found you. You were dead, and He made you alive.

· Forgiveness — Every sin washed away by the blood of Jesus. Not hidden, but removed.

· Adoption — You are not an orphan. You are a child of the Most High God.

· His Presence — He has never left you. Not once. Not ever.

· His Word — A lamp to your feet and a light to your path.

· His Spirit — Your Comforter, Teacher, Guide, and Strength.

· His Faithfulness — New mercies every morning. Great is His faithfulness.

· His Provision — He has supplied. He is supplying. He will supply.

· His Protection — Angels encamped around you. The blood covering you.

· His Healing — By His wounds, you are healed.

· His Promises — Yes and amen in Christ Jesus.

· His Love — Unfailing, unchanging, unending. Nothing can separate you from it.

· His Cross — Where He paid it all.

· His Empty Tomb — Where death lost its sting.

· His Coming Again — The blessed hope. The soon-coming King.

And the list goes on—

· The breath in your lungs.

· The beating of your heart.

· The sunrise this morning.

· The food on your table.

· The roof over your head.

· The family around you.

· The friends who love you.

· The prayers He has answered.

· The prayers He is still answering.

· The prayers He said "no" to—because He knew better.

A Prayer of Gratitude:

"Lord,

I count my blessings—

not to boast, but to remember.

Not to compare, but to give thanks.

Thank You for salvation.

Thank You for forgiveness.

Thank You for adoption.

Thank You for Your presence.

Thank You for Your Word.

Thank You for Your Spirit.

Thank You for Your faithfulness.

Thank You for Your provision.

Thank You for Your protection.

Thank You for Your healing.

Thank You for Your promises.

Thank You for Your love.

Thank You for the cross.

Thank You for the empty tomb.

Thank You for the hope of eternity.

Thank You for the little things—

the breath, the heartbeat, the sunrise, the smile.

Thank You for the big things—

the miracles, the breakthroughs, the answered prayers.

Thank You for what I see.

Thank You for what I cannot see.

Thank You for what You have done.

Thank You for what You are doing.

Thank You for what You will do.

I count my blessings—

and I find that they are more than I can number.

A Blessing of Gratitude:

May your heart overflow with gratitude as you count your blessings. May you see His hand in every season, His goodness in every moment, and His love in every breath. May thanksgiving become the rhythm of your life—not just in the good times, but in all times. And may you never forget what He has done for you.
