We are more than conquerers.

 We Are More Than Conquerors


We are not merely survivors, barely scraping through the fray.

We are not wounded soldiers just enduring day by day.

We stand not at the finish line,but on the battleground won—

We are more than conquerorsthrough Jesus Christ, the Son.


No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. (Romans 8:37)


The world sees struggle, but we see a victory assured.

The world sees trial,but we see the proving of His Word.

We face no foe—not grief,nor lack, nor fear, nor darkest night—

From a posture of defeat,but from a fortress of His might.


We are more than conquerors, for the war was fought and claimed

Upon the cross,where Love was slain and Justice was proclaimed.

The empty tomb then sealed the truth:His power cannot be bound.

Now His triumphant,risen life in us is solid ground.


So let our lives proclaim it, not as boast, but as a praise—

A testament to grace that guides us through our hardest days.

We walk nottoward a victory, but from one, strong and free,

More than conquerorsfor all eternity.


We are overcome by His love.

We are overwhelmed by His grace.

We are more than conquerors in this and every place.

We are created for Greatness.

 Created for Greatness


We are created for greatness—but not as the world defines,

Not in the halls of power,or in fortune’s shifting lines.

Not for our name in lights,or a legacy of dust,

But for a sacred purpose,in a covenant of trust.


For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians 2:10)


This greatness is a calling, woven deep within the soul,

A destiny of glory that makes the broken whole.

It is to bear His image,to reflect His radiant face,

To walk in works prepared for us by His resplendent grace.


It is the greatness of the servant, who kneels to wash the feet.

The greatness of the merciful,who offers love complete.

The greatness of the faithful in the small and hidden place,

Where kindness lights a shadowed corner with the evidence of grace.


“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant… just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.” (Matthew 20:26, 28)


So let us rise to this—the high, the holy, and the true.

To love as we’ve been loved,to see a world made new

Through hands that heal and voices that proclaim

The mighty,gentle power of His great and holy name.


We are created for greatness: to abide within the Vine,

To bear much fruit that lasts,a taste of heaven’s wine.

To overcome through testimony,through the blood of Christ alone,

And find our truest greatness kneeling at His throne.


We are created for greatness.

In Him. For Him. With Him.

To His glory.

The Lord loves you.

Not as a general principle,vague and undefined,

But with a specific,knowing love that has seen your heart and mind.

A love that chose you before the world was made,

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)


This love is not based on your merit, your strength, or your worth,

But on His own character,from which this love bursts forth.

It is a pursuing love that found you in your wandering way,

A healing love that meets you in your brokenness today.


I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness. (Jeremiah 31:3)


Let this truth be the ground beneath your feet when you stand,

The comfort in your grief,the strength in the command

To love others as you have been loved,so perfectly and free,

By the Lord who calls you His own,for all eternity.


The Lord loves you.

This is the truest thing about you.

Receive it. Rest in it. Live from it.

The Lord is your benefactor.

 The Lord Is Your Benefactor


The Lord is your benefactor—not a distant, faceless fate,

But a Father of intention,whose provision is innate.

Not a payer of wages for a service You could bring,

But the generous,unshakable, foundational Well and Spring.


Lord, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure. (Psalm 16:5)


He is the opener of windows in heaven’s storehouse dome,

The One who calls you cherished,who calls your heart His home.

He does not fund your fleeting whims or selfish,small desire,

But invests His boundless riches in your eternal good,your higher

Calling to reflect His glory,to be shaped into His name,

To steward every blessing for the honor of His fame.


What shall I render to the Lord for all His benefits to me?

I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord.(Psalm 116:12-13)


For the benefit is Himself—His presence, His sure peace,

His character your portion,which will never, ever cease.

The gifts are but the wrapping;the Giver is the gold.

The truest benefaction is a story to be told

Of grace that saw your poverty and chose to make you rich,

Not with what rusts and fades,but with a love which fills the ditch

Of every hollow longing with a Person,vast and deep.

The Lord,your benefactor—a promise He will keep.


So receive with open hands, and with a heart that understands,

The greatest of His benefits is held in nail-scarred hands.

He is your portion. He is your prize.

Your unfailing benefactor, wise.

You are the reward, You are the prize.

 You Are the Reward


You are the reward. Not just the Giver of gifts, but the Gift.

You are the treasure unearthed in the field,for which all else was sold.

Thepearl of greatest price, worth the losing of every lesser hold.

Not a wage for my labor,but the inheritance of grace,

The glory shining in the eyes of my Savior's face.


And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11:6)


You are the prize. Not a medal to wear, but a crown to become.

The finish line of my faith,the everlasting welcome home.

The"Well done," the embrace, the shared throne, the delight—

Not something You give from Your hand,but Yourself in the light.


But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. (Philippians 3:7-8)


Let every other promise fade into its proper shade,

Let every lesser glory in Your brilliant light be laid.

For what is heaven,if it is without Your presence there?

What is eternity,if it is not spent in Your care?


So I run this race, I fight this fight, with a different end in view:

Not for points or praise,but to know and be known by You.

You are the journey's end and the journey's constant way,

My reward today and my prize for eternity's day.


You are the reward. You are the prize.

My heart's only longing, the joy of my eyes.

My Jesus, My Provider

 My Jesus, My Provider


My Jesus, my Provider—not just of the bread I eat,

But of every breath I borrow,every promise made complete.

You are the well that will not run dry within a barren land,

The open hand of Heaven,the architect of plan.


And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)


You provided manna in the wilderness' dread space,

And rivers from the desert rock,a monument to grace.

You filled the widow’s empty jar,and multiplied the loaves,

And from a borrowed fishing net,a bounty You bestowed.


Yet Your greatest provision came not in a grain or gold,

But in the broken body that the Father’s love foretold.

You gaveYourself—the Living Bread—upon the cruel tree,

To satisfy the deepest hunger of my soul in need of Thee.


Jesus said, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry.” (John 6:35)


So I will trust You for the daily—for the temporal, the small.

I will trust You for theeternal—You are my All in All.

You clothe the lilies,feed the birds; You know my path, my frame.

My Jesus, my Provider,blessed be Your holy name.


You are enough.

My portion. My supply.

In life or death, my need You satisfy.

Reflections on His Provision


This declaration rests on the full biblical picture of God's provision:


· Provider of All Good Gifts: Every good gift comes from the Father above (James 1:17). He knows our physical needs and invites us to trust Him for them (Matthew 6:25-33).

· The Ultimate Provision in Christ: The greatest need of the human heart is forgiveness and reconciliation with God. This was provided once and for all through the sacrifice of Jesus, the "Lamb of God" (John 1:29).

· Our Response of Trust: Recognizing Him as Provider leads us away from anxiety and into a posture of grateful dependence and generous sharing (2 Corinthians 9:8-11).


To call Jesus "my Provider" is to declare that our deepest security and satisfaction are found in His person and His faithful care, both for this life and the next.

Glory to the Lamb.

The spotless sacrifice for sin,for us, alone.

The One who bore the wounds that heal,who wore the crown of thorn,

Through whom eternal mercy’s gate was opened,and reborn.


Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise! (Revelation 5:12)


Glory for the silence of the sheep before the shearer’s hand.

Glory for the anguishthat fulfilled the law’s demand.

Glory for the crimson flowfrom deep, eternal veins,

That broke the curse of Adam and erased our guilty stains.


Now crowned in matchless splendor, holding history’s scroll,

Worthy is the Lamb to make the wounded spirit whole!

To every tribe and nation,His grace He does extend—

The Lamb who was slain is now the reigning,sovereign Friend.


So let creation’s chorus swell in one unending ring,

Let every living creature the ceaseless anthem bring.

Fall down before Him,cast your crowns before His face,

And magnify the wonder of His all-sufficient grace.


For He has conquered! Hell is vanquished, death is overthrown!

His victory is ours,and His renown alone.

With angels,elders, martyrs, and the saved from every shore,

We lift one cry,by love compelled, forevermore:


“Glory! Glory! Glory to the Lamb who gives us rest!

To the King of every kingdom—all our worship, first and best!”

My Savior and my Sovereign,the great I AM.

From this breath to eternity,let this be my story’s theme:

Overcome by love that laid its own glory down,

To place on us the unconquerable,righteous crown.


The world sees a victim, but Heaven shouts a king.

The world hears a sigh,but through us victory rings.

For the battle’s outcome was decided long ago,

On the cross where His great“It is finished!” laid the foe.


They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. (Revelation 12:11)


So we face no giant, no grief, no rising fear,

From a posture of weakness,but with triumph crystal clear.

We march into the conflict from the high ground of His rest,

Knowing in our overcoming,we are profoundly, fully blessed.


We are overcome.

Saturated. Engulfed. Won.

Not by our might, but by His love, through His Son.

We are more than conquerors.

You are not carved of wood or stone, of gold or human art,

A silent,sightless idol with a cold and vacant heart.

You are theLiving God—the Breath behind all breath,

The One who spoke to chaos and conquered certain death.


But the Lord is the true God; he is the living God and the everlasting King. (Jeremiah 10:10)


Your voice is in the thunder, Your whisper in the dawn,

Your life is in the seedling from the buried husk that's drawn.

You hear,You see, You act, You move, You feel, You know, You care—

A vibrant,fierce existence, beyond all thought or compare.


The idols of the nations are deaf and dumb and still,

ButYou—You parted oceans and You speak and work Your will.

You walk with men in fire,You shut the lion's mouth,

You turn the hearts of kings and sovereigns from the north to south.


For they themselves report what kind of reception you gave us. They tell how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God. (1 Thessalonians 1:9)


And You proved it most completely on a wooden, Roman tree,

When Life itself lay buried to set dead men free.

For death could not contain You;the grave could not prevail—

The stone was rolled from emptiness to tell the living tale!


So we worship not a concept, a tradition, or a creed,

But theLiving God who meets us in our deepest, sharpest need.

You are ourLiving Water, our Living Bread, our Living Way,

OurLiving Hope forever, our Living Word today.


You are the Living God.

And because You live, we live.

We worship You.

You are awesome in this place.

Your awesomeness is holiness—pure, radiant, and bright,

And in gentle hands that touched the sick and said,“Be on your way.”


It is the awe of the cross, where mercy and justice embraced,

Where relentless love for my soul was boldly faced.

It is theawe of the tomb, that could not contain its King,

And theawe of the Spirit, the gentle, strengthening wing.


So let this place—be it a room, a heart, or a soul—

Be filled with the awesome weight of Your control.

Not to crush,but to crown; not to shatter, but to make new,

For the most awesome truth is thatYou dwell here, too.

· The Accessible Glory: In Christ, this awe-inspiring God has made Himself approachable (Hebrews 4:16). The same glory that filled the temple now dwells in believers by the Spirit (1 Corinthians 3:16).

To acknowledge His awe in your current "place"—be it a physical location or a season of life—is to invite His ruling presence to transform it entirely.

Here, there is no striving, no need to prove or pretend,

My deepest wounds are spoken to, my broken parts are blessed.

The guilt that whispered in the dark is met with “You are Mine,”

And every chain of “not enough” begins to untwine.


In your presence there is fullness of joy. (Psalm 16:11)


In the presence of Jesus, I remember who I am—

Not the sum of my failures, but the child of the great I AM.

I am seen, I am known, I am wanted, I am free,

Held in a love that chose the cross to draw me close to Thee.


This is the place of transformation, the space where I am changed,

Where old priorities are gently, thoroughly rearranged.

Here, my vision clears to see the world through His eyes of grace,

And I find the strength to walk with mercy in my everyday pace.


In the presence of Jesus—this is my one true need.

My anchor in the chaos, my living water, my planted seed.

So I will linger here, and let this truth sink deep and start:

To be with Him is heaven for my earth-bound, longing heart.

If I gained the earth, its kingdoms and its art,

But did not haveYou, I’d have nothing at the start.

What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ. (Philippians 3:8)


You are the pearl of greatest price, the treasure in the field,

For whom a wise soul happily would everything else yield.

You are the living water for which I’d leave my jar,

The one,true, brilliant morning and the only guiding star.


So let this truth dismantle every idol in its place,

And let me hold toYou with a surrendered, open grace.

For any gift without the Giver is a burden in disguise,

But havingYou, I have it all—the only priceless prize.


Nothing is worth more.

No one compares.

You are my treasure, my joy, my end, my prayer.

Not as an addition to the life I’ve made,

But as the life itself,for which my life was laid.

Not as a solution to a momentary need,

But as the deepest hunger to which my soul must heed.


I want You more than answers, more than comfort, more than peace,

More than every other blessing that from Your hand may cease.

For if I had ten thousand worlds,and You were not inside,

They would be a hollow desert where my soul could not abide.


You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you... (Psalm 63:1)


I want Your nearness, not just Your far-off throne.

I want to know by spirit what my flesh has never known.

I want the conversation that begins before my prayer,

The settled,sweet awareness that You are always there.


I want Your "yes," Your "no," Your "wait," Your "go."

I want my will dissolved in Yours,my weakness made Your show.

I want to love what You love,hate what You despise,

To see the world through mercy,through Your own holy eyes.


Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. (Psalm 73:25)


This wanting is a gift—a holy, burning ache,

A grace that pulls me from the shallow to the deep,wide lake.

For You have planted this desire;You will satisfy its call.

In wanting You,I find I have, indeed, my All in All.


So here I am. A wanting heart. A vessel, empty, clean.

Come,Lord Jesus, be my passion, my reality, my dream.

I want You.

Only You.

Forever.

Your presence is all that I want.

Not the gifts You give,though they are good and true,

Not the path You light,though it leads me through.

Not even the answers to the prayers I’ve prayed,

But the One who is Answer,in whose shadow I’m made.


Let the noise of blessing fall to a sacred hush,

The clamor of wanting fade to a single rush

Of knowingYou are here. And in that knowing, rest.

To be fully present in Your presence—this is best.


One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. (Psalm 27:4)


In the stillness, You are enough. In the struggle, You are my peace.

In the hunger of my spirit,You are the feast.

When other lights grow dim and other wells run dry,

The constant,shining “enough” is the light in Your eye.


So I still my soul. I quiet every part.

I seek not Your hand,Lord, but Your heart.

For if I haveYou, I have everything I need—

The beginning,the journey, the life, the creed.


Your presence is my portion.

My promise.

My home.

The One Thing Necessary


This cry echoes the heart of true worship throughout Scripture:


· The Psalmist's Priority: David declared that a single day in God's courts was better than a thousand elsewhere, desiring above all to gaze upon God's beauty (Psalm 84:10, 27:4).

· Mary's Choice: Jesus affirmed Mary, who chose to sit at His feet in His presence, calling it the "good portion" that would not be taken away (Luke 10:42).

· The Promise Fulfilled: God's ultimate promise is not just a place, but His personal presence—"My Presence will go with you" (Exodus 33:14). In Christ, this becomes our reality (Matthew 28:20, Hebrews 13:5).


To want God's presence above all else is to align your heart with the greatest treasure and the deepest source of life. It is the fulfillment of every other blessing.

We are the Living Sacrifice.

 We Are the Living Sacrifice


We are the living sacrifice—not slain upon a stone,

But breathing,walking altars, for His glory made His own.

Not a one-time offering of a life now stilled and spent,

But a constant,conscious yielding, a daily, glad assent.


Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. (Romans 12:1)


Here, these hands—no longer clenched in selfish toil or strife,

But lifted,open, ready for the purposes of life.

Let them serve,and build, and comfort, as instruments of grace,

Extending Your own mercy in this time and in this place.


Here, these feet—no longer chasing after emptiness and wind,

But planted on the Rock,and to Your call forever pinned.

Let them walk the path of kindness,let them carry peace and news,

Let them stand upon Your promises,and in Your ways not lose.


Here, this mind—no longer captive to the world’s decaying thought,

But by Your truth renewed,and with Your holy wisdom fraught.

Let it dwell on what is noble,let it ponder what is true,

Let it be transformed completely,shaped and fashioned now by You.


Here, this will—the inner throne where I have fought to reign and reign,

I now surrender fully;come, O Christ, and take the chain.

Let Your will be my desire,let Your pleasure be my food,

Let this living sacrifice be found in You,both holy and renewed.


The fire that falls upon us is the Spirit’s burning zeal,

Not to consume to ashes,but to perfect, cleanse, and seal.

It is the holy flame of love,of purpose, and of praise,

That marks us as His own throughout our ordinary days.


We are the living sacrifice.

Not dead, but fully, freely alive in You.

Our every breath an offering, our every act a prayer.

Take us, break us, fill us, send us—holy, pleasing, Yours.

The Sacrifice That Is Alive


This declaration transforms the ancient concept of sacrifice:


· The Altar is Alive: In the Old Covenant, sacrifices were killed. In the New, we are called to be living sacrifices (Romans 12:1), meaning our entire, ongoing life is the offering.

· The Motivation is Mercy: We offer ourselves not to earn favor, but in view of God's mercy—as a response to the grace already received through Christ.

· The Means is Transformation: This worship happens through the renewal of our minds, aligning our thoughts with God's truth and will (Romans 12:2).

· The Manifestation is Bodily: It involves our physical bodies—our tangible actions, time, and resources—presented to God for His holy use.


To say "we are the living sacrifice" is to acknowledge that true worship is no longer confined to a temple ritual but is the continuous offering of our whole selves in everyday obedience and love.

Build an altar to the Lord.

Here, on this ground where Your grace has met my need,

Where You provided ram,where You caused the seed

Of promise to take root within my yielded soul,

I will gather uncut stone,and build an altar to the Lord.


Then Noah built an altar to the Lord... and offered burnt offerings on it. (Genesis 8:20)


I build it of remembrance, stone on solid stone,

For every mercy You have made so thoroughly known.

This stone for Your deliverance,that stone for daily bread,

This one for healing spoken,that one for what You said.


I build it for surrender, to lay my all upon—

My will,my prized possession, my first and only son.

Not to earn a blessing,but because I’ve heard Your voice,

And in the sacred yielding,my heart finds its rejoicing choice.


I build it for communion, a meeting place of grace,

Where I behold Your glory,and seek but Your face.

Where heaven touches earth again in covenant flame,

And I am never,ever again the same.


Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. (Romans 12:1)


For now the altar is not one of wood and stone alone,

But of a life surrendered,a heart that is Your throne.

My body,mind, and spirit—a living sacrifice,

A holy,pleasing offering, at Your eternal price.


So let this life be an altar, Lord, in every thought and deed,

A testament of worship in each moment’s humble need.

A place where fire falls from heaven,not to consume but to refine,

And where Your steadfast love and glory ever shine.

The Altars of Faith

This call echoes the faithful practice of the patriarchs and prophets,now fulfilled in Christ:


· An Altar of Remembrance: Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob built altars to mark encounters with God, creating memorials of His faithfulness (Genesis 12:7, 26:25, 35:7).

· An Altar of Surrender: The ultimate altar was the one Abraham built to obey God's difficult command, a place of ultimate trust where God Himself provided the sacrifice (Genesis 22:9).

· An Altar of Atonement: The Mosaic altar was where blood was shed for sin, pointing toward the final, perfect sacrifice of Christ (Exodus 27:1, Hebrews 13:10).

· A Living Altar: In the New Covenant, the physical altar gives way to the spiritual reality. We ourselves are to be living altars, offering our whole lives as spiritual worship to God (Romans 12:1). Our praises, good works, and shared possessions become sacrifices pleasing to Him (Hebrews 13:15-16).


To "build an altar to the Lord" today is to consciously dedicate a place, a moment, or a domain of your life as a point of total surrender, intimate worship, and lasting memorial to His grace.

God's steadfast loves will never end.

 Your Steadfast Love


Your steadfast love will never end.

Not a fleeting affection,changed by circumstance or day,

But the bedrock of the cosmos,the everlasting way.

It is the cord that binds the stars within their course on high,

And the whisper in the darkness that will not pass me by.


Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. (Psalm 136:1)


Higher than my highest thought, it is a boundless sea.

Deeper than my deepest failure,it yet reaches out for me.

It outlasts every rebellion,out-prays my weak despair—

An eternal,fixed horizon, an everlasting prayer.


This is the love that chose a people, bore them on eagle’s wings,

The patient,covenant-keeping heart from which all mercy springs.

God's Mercy renew every Morning.

 Renewed Every Morning


Your mercy, O Lord, is not a well that runs dry,

Not a pardon recalled,not a fading sigh.

It is the dawn’s first light,breaking faithfully through—

Your mercies are new, Lord, every morning, and true.


Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23)


Yesterday’s failures, yesterday’s fears,

Are met with today’s mercy,that wipes away tears.

The slate is made clean with the rising of sun,

A fresh start bestowed by the Holy One.


It is the daily manna, the bread for the soul,

Enough for this day,making brokenness whole.

Not a future assurance alone,but a present, real grace,

That meets me right here,in this time and this place.


So I greet this new day not with dread of the test,

But with trust in Your mercy,in Your faithfulness blessed.

For Your love never fails,and Your compassions remain—

A covenant promise,through joy and through pain.


Great is Your faithfulness, Lord, to me.

Your mercy, renewed, is my constant plea.

From sunrise to sunrise, my heart will proclaim:

Thank You for mercy, new every morning, in Your holy name.

Bless the Labor of my hands.

 Bless the Work of My Hands


Bless the produce of my hands, O Lord.

Not as the world’s reward for frantic skill,

But as the promised yield of serving Your will.

Let my labor be an extension of Your heart,

A faithful,fruitful place where Your grace takes part.


May the seed I plant in trust, in diligence, and in prayer,

Find its growth in sunlight of Your kind and constant care.

Let not my toil be rooted in anxiety or pride,

But in the settled peace that in Your presence does abide.


The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. (Deuteronomy 28:12)


Bless the work of my mind—the plans, the thoughts, the art.

Bless the work of my strength—each task I play my part.

Bless the gentle work of kindness,the hidden work of grace,

That leaves a trace of heaven in every time and place.


And when the harvest comes—whether measured great or small,

Let me remember,Lord, that You gave the strength for all.

Let the produce of my hands be bread for those in need,

A testimony planted from a trusting,grateful seed.


So, bless the work, the worker, and the field where I must stand,

And let the produce of my hands spring from Your guiding hand.

To Your glory be the gain, to Your purpose be the plan.

Reflections on This Blessing


This prayer is rooted in the scriptural principle that our work and its fruitfulness are under God's blessing when we walk in obedience and dependence on Him.


· Divine Partnership: The blessing in Deuteronomy 28:12 comes as part of a covenant relationship. It is God who provides the conditions for growth ("rain...in season"), and we are called to faithful labor.

· Purpose Beyond Profit: The "produce" or fruit of our hands is not merely for our own consumption. It is to be a blessing to others and a testament to God's goodness (see also Proverbs 10:16, Ephesians 4:28).

· A Prayer for Sanctified Labor: We ask that our work itself—its process and purpose—would be pleasing to God, not just its final product (Colossians 3:23-24).
