I will dwell in the house of the Lord everyday of my life

 **"Dwelling in Your House Forever"**

*A Psalm of Eternal Belonging*

**Verse 1:**

*One day in Your courts, O Lord,*

*Is sweeter than a thousand elsewhere (Psalm 84:10).*

*So I plant my heart at Your door,*

*Your presence my only air.*

**Verse 2:**

*No wandering feet, no restless soul—*

*You drew me in with nails-scarred grace (John 6:44).*

*Your mercy said, "Child, come home,"*

*Now no shadow hides Your face (Psalm 23:6).*

**Chorus:**

*"I will dwell in Your house, my King,*

*Not as guest—but family (Ephesians 2:19).*

*Every morning, every night,*

*Your heartbeat my eternity."*

**Verse 3:**

*Let others chase the world’s gold light,*

*My treasure’s here—Your eyes of flame (Revelation 1:14).*

*The altar’s where I lay my all,*

*Your glory my only aim (Psalm 27:4).*

**Bridge:**

*"Though storms may rage outside these walls,*

*Your roof is peace, Your walls are praise.*

*No weapon formed can touch this place—*

*Your house my hiding place always (Isaiah 4:6)."*

**Final Covenant:**

*"Temple of flesh, yet Home divine (1 Corinthians 6:19),*

*Earth’s tents can’t hold what You’ve prepared (John 14:2-3).*

*But while I breathe, I’ll cling and say—*

*‘I LIVE in the Lord’s house!’" (Psalm 27:4 TLB).*

🔑 **Scripture Pillars:**

- **Psalm 23:6** – *"I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."*

- **John 15:4** – *"Abide in Me, and I in you."*

- **Revelation 3:20** – *"I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me."*

This poem celebrates our dual reality: **Already dwelling in God’s presence now (Hebrews 4:16), yet awaiting our eternal home (Revelation 21:3).** May it anchor you in your unshakable inheritance! 🏠✝️

*"Home isn’t a place—it’s a Person. And His arms are always open."*
