*For only truth can bear the sword’s fierce weight."*

### **2. BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS**  

*"Your own perfection guards my heaving chest,*  

*Not my frail goodness, but Your flawless deed.*  

*When hell’s daggers seek my wayward heart,*  

*They meet *Your* holiness—and blunted, bleed."*

### **3. SHOES OF PEACE**  

*"Nailed feet that walked through chaos to my soul*  

*Now lace these gospel-treads upon my feet.*  

*Where serpents hiss and battlefields combust,*  

*I’ll stand unshaken, spreading mercy’s heat."*

### **4. SHIELD OF FAITH**  

*"Not wooden plank, but blazing angel-wing—*  

*A fortress-moveable that drinks hell’s fire.*  

*Each ‘God, I trust You’ melts the devil’s dart,*  

*Till sulfur-arrows fall to ash, expired."*

### **5. HELMET OF SALVATION**  

*"This head once gnawed by nightmares now wears light—*  

*Your cross my crest, Your blood my heraldry.*  

*No more the taunts of ‘Who do you think you are?’*  

*But ‘Child of God!’—eternity’s decree."*

### **6. SWORD OF THE SPIRIT**  

*"Not steel, but living words that split the dark,*  

*Sharpened on the whetstone of my knees.*  

*‘It is written’ slashes through the fog,*  

*Till shadows flee and captives leap up free!"*

### **7. PRAYER: THE UNSEEN WEAPON**  

*"The armor’s breath, the battle’s hidden pulse—*  

*Each whispered ‘Father’ shakes the enemy’s throne.*  

*Dawn will find me bloodied but unbroken,*  

*For angels fought where I prayed alone."*
