PUSH Pray Until Something Happen.

 Push Pray Until Something Happens

A Reflection on Persistent Prayer

Based on Luke 18:1, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, and James 5:16

Push pray until something happens—not a frantic, desperate cry,

But a faithful, steady knocking, with your eyes fixed on the sky.

Do not give up, do not relent, do not let your spirit tire,

For the Lord who hears your prayer will answer with His fire.

Then Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. (Luke 18:1)

Like the widow who kept knocking, like the friend who asked at night,

Keep pressing in, keep seeking, keep standing in the light.

The door will open, the answer will come,

The battle will be won, the victory will be won.

Push pray—not with empty words or ritual routine,

But with a heart that trusts, that believes the unseen.

Let your prayers be like incense, rising to the throne,

Let your persistence be a seed that will not be left alone.

Pray without ceasing. (1 Thessalonians 5:17)

When silence seems to answer, when heaven seems like brass,

Keep praying, keep believing, let your hope not pass.

For the Lord is working in the waiting, He is moving in the quiet,

He is preparing a breakthrough, He is bringing you through it.

Push pray until something happens—until the chains break,

Until the healing flows, until the victory you take.

Not by your might, not by your power,

But by His Spirit in the final hour.

The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. (James 5:16)

So push pray, dear one. Do not grow weary in well-doing.

The harvest is coming, the answer is brewing.

Keep knocking, keep seeking, keep asking,

For the Lord is faithful, and He will never be lacking.

Push pray—until the walls fall down,

Until the peace is found,

Until the breakthrough comes,

Until the victory is won.

Amen.
