"Holy Spirit, fall upon me."
This is the cry for more—more of His presence, more of His power, more of His fruit in your life.
The Scripture That Invites This:
Acts 2:2-4: "Suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting... And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit."
Acts 1:8: "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you."
Luke 11:13: "How much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"
A Prayer of Invitation:
"Holy Spirit,
fall upon me.
Not as a gentle breeze only,
but as a mighty wind—filling every empty space.
Not as a distant fire,
but as a consuming flame—burning away all that is not of God.
Not as a passing visitor,
but as a permanent resident—making my heart Your home.
Fall upon me and:
fill me with Your presence,
clothe me with Your power,
lead me in Your truth,
produce in me Your fruit.
I am not afraid.
I am hungry for more of You.
Come, Holy Spirit, fall upon me.
In Jesus' name,
Amen."
The Promise for You:
The same Holy Spirit who descended at Pentecost, who raised Jesus from the dead, who empowers and comforts and teaches—that same Spirit is available to you. Ask. Receive. He will fall upon you.
Holy Spirit, fall upon me. He hears. He comes. He fills.
