Lord, You are my Provider.

 "The Lord is my provider."

This is the name He revealed to Abraham: Jehovah Jireh—the Lord will provide.

The Scripture That Seals This:

Genesis 22:14: "So Abraham called the name of that place, 'The Lord will provide'; as it is said to this day, 'On the mount of the Lord it shall be provided.'"

Philippians 4:19: "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Psalm 23:1: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want."

Matthew 6:31-33: "Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' ... But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."

A Declaration of Trust:

"The Lord is my provider.

He sees my need before I ask.

He knows my situation before I speak.

He is not limited by my lack—

His resources are infinite.

He provided manna in the wilderness.

He provided oil for the widow.

He provided a ram for Abraham.

He provided His own Son for my salvation.

And He will provide for me.

Not always what I want,

but always what I need.

Not always when I expect,

but always when it is time.

So I will not fear.

I will not worry.

I will trust the Provider.

The Lord is my provider.

And I shall not want."

The Promise for You:

The same God who fed Israel for forty years, who sent ravens to feed Elijah, who multiplied loaves and fish—that God is your Father. He knows what you need. He is able to supply it. And He is faithful to do so.

The Lord is my provider. Rest in that truth today. He has never failed you. He never will.
