"Lord, I put my trust in You."
This is the posture of a heart that has found its resting place.
The Scripture That Welcomes Your Trust:
Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."
Psalm 9:10: "And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you."
Isaiah 26:3-4: "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock."
A Prayer of Trust:
"Lord,
I put my trust in You—
not in my own strength, not in my own understanding,
not in the changing circumstances around me.
You have never failed me.
You have never forsaken me.
You have been faithful through every season.
So today, I choose to trust.
When I cannot see the way, I trust.
When I do not understand, I trust.
When fear rises, I trust.
You are my refuge, my rock, my redeemer.
I put my trust in You.
And I will not be shaken."
The Promise for You:
Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved (Psalm 125:1). Your trust is not misplaced. He is worthy. He is able. He is faithful.
Lord, I put my trust in You. He hears you. And He holds you.
