Shield me from pestilence

 Here is a prayer for God’s protection from pestilence, sickness, and plague—rooted in His covenant promises:

### **"Covered from Pestilence"**  

Lord God, my Shield, my Fortress, my Light—  

**Guard me from pestilence by day and night.**  

When plagues advance like shadows deep,  

Be my Stronghold while nations weep.  

*“No evil shall befall you,  

nor shall any plague come near your dwelling.”*

Cover me now beneath Your wings,  

Where healing flows, where mercy sings.  

By the blood of the Lamb, mark my door—  

As in Egypt, *“Destroy us no more!”*  

*“When I see the blood, I will pass over you.”*

**BREATHE** Your life where death would creep;  

**WASH** my air where toxins leap;  

**SEAL** my cells with holy fire—  

No arrow of darkness, no snare of the liar!  

*“Surely He will save you from the fowler’s snare  

and from the deadly pestilence.”*  

**—Psalm 91:3**  

**I declare**:  

*I walk in health—Your Word my sword.  

I dwell in safety, kept by the Lord.  

No plague can touch what You have sealed—  

By Calvary’s stripes, I am healed!*  

*“He sent forth His word and healed them;  

He rescued them from the grave.”*

### 🔹 *A Shield of Protection* (Pray This):  

> *“Father, You are my **Jehovah Rapha** (The Lord Who Heals—Exodus 15:26). I plead the blood of Jesus over my body, home, and community. Like the Israelites in Goshen, hide me in Your Goshen of grace (Exodus 8:22). Break every assignment of sickness—whether viral, bacterial, or spiritual. Clothe me in garments of immunity bought by Christ’s sacrifice (Galatians 3:13). I take the **full armor of God** (Ephesians 6:10-18)—especially the shield of faith to quench pestilence’s flames. In Jesus’ name, amen.”*

### ⚔️ *3 Promises to Stand On*:  

1. **DIVINE ISOLATION**  

   *“A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.”*  

   **(Psalm 91:7)**  

2. **HEALING COMMAND**  

   *“If you listen carefully to the Lord your God... I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.”*  

   **(Exodus 15:26)**  

3. **LIFE OVER DEATH**  

   *“I have set before you life and death... Now choose life!”*  

   **(Deuteronomy 30:19)**  

**Walk boldly**—covered by the blood, filled with the Spirit, and shielded by the promises. The same God who shut lions’ mouths **shuts the mouth of plague**. You are sealed! 🩸✞
