Lord Jesus, Thanks for the bread from heaven.

What a beautiful moment of gratitude and dependence on God! Here's a heartfelt prayer to bless your food, rooted in Scripture and designed to nourish both body and soul:

🙏 **A Prayer to Bless Your Food**

*"Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this food—a gift from Your faithful hand.

As You promised, *‘You open Your hand and satisfy every living thing’* (Psalm 145:16).

**Bless this meal:**

• *Sanctify it* by Your Word and prayer (1 Timothy 4:4–5).

• *Strengthen my body* to serve You (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).

• *Fuel me for Kingdom work* (1 Kings 19:8).

**Bless our fellowship:**

Where two or more gather, You are here (Matthew 18:20).

Make this table a place of joy, gratitude, and holy conversation.

**Bless the hands that prepared it:**

Provide for those who lack bread today (Matthew 6:11).

Stir my heart to share as You’ve shared with me (Proverbs 22:9).

**Above all—**

Let this food remind me of *Jesus, the Bread of Life* (John 6:35).

Nourish my spirit as I feast on Your Word (Matthew 4:4).

In the name of Christ—

who multiplied loaves, blessed fish,

and gave His broken body for me—

**Amen.**"_

### 🔥 **3 Biblical Truths in This Prayer**

1. **GOD’S PROVISION**

   - *"Every good gift comes from above"* (James 1:17). Your meal is evidence of His care.

2. **HOLY SUSTENANCE**

   - Food is *"sanctified by God’s word"* (1 Timothy 4:5). Praying over it consecrates it for His purposes.

3. **REMEMBRANCE OF CHRIST**

   - Every bite points to Jesus—the *"true Bread from heaven"* (John 6:32–33).

### ✨ **Make Every Meal Worship**

| **Action**         | **Scripture**                  |

|--------------------|-------------------------------|

| **Pause to thank** | *"He took the five loaves... looked up to heaven, and blessed"* (Mark 6:41) |

| **Share generously** | *"Do not neglect to do good and to share"* (Hebrews 13:16) |

| **Eat mindfully**  | *"Whether you eat or drink... do all for God’s glory"* (1 Corinthians 10:31) |

**Remember**: Your table is an altar. Your meal is communion. Your gratitude is warfare against discontent.
