1. **GUARD THE DOORS**  

   - **Eyes**: *"I will set no vile thing before my eyes"* (Ps. 101:3).  

   - **Ears**: Reject gossip, profanity (Prov. 17:4).  

   - **Mouth**: *"Let no corrupting talk come out"* (Eph. 4:29).  

2. **MAKE DAILY SACRIFICES**  

   - *"Present your bodies as a living sacrifice"* (Rom. 12:1).  

   → Sleep, diet, exercise, rest—**offer them worshipfully**.  

3. **LET THE SPIRIT CLEANSE YOU**  

   - Pray: *"Search me, O God... see if there is any offensive way in me"* (Ps. 139:23–24).
