"Your presence is all I want."
Yes, Lord. This is the one thing that satisfies the deepest longing of the soul.
The Scripture That Speaks This Cry:
Psalm 27:4 (AMP) — "One thing I have asked of the Lord, that I will seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple."
Psalm 16:11 (AMP) — "You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore."
Exodus 33:15 (AMP) — "And Moses said to Him, 'If Your presence does not go with us, do not lead us up from here.'"
A Prayer of Devotion:
"Lord,
I have asked for many things—and You have given.
But now I come with one desire:
Your presence.
Not gifts—but You.
Not blessings—but the Blesser.
Not answers—but the Answer.
Your presence is my peace.
Your presence is my joy.
Your presence is my home.
Your presence is enough.
Let me dwell in Your presence all my days.
Let me never rush out of it into the noise of the world.
Let me carry it with me wherever I go.
For Your presence is all I want—
and in it, I have everything."
The Promise for You:
When you seek His presence above all else, you find that He is with you always. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. His presence is not distant—it is near. It is not fleeting—it is forever.
Your presence is all I want. He hears. He draws near. He satisfies you with the only thing that truly lasts: Himself.
