"Bless us with Your love."
Yes, Lord—this is the blessing that makes all others meaningful. Your love is the foundation, the source, and the fulfillment of every good gift.
The Scripture That Declares This Love:
1 John 4:9-10 (AMP) — "By this the love of God was displayed in us, in that God has sent His [One and] only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation [the atoning sacrifice] for our sins."
Zephaniah 3:17 (AMP) — "The Lord your God is in your midst, a warrior who saves. He will rejoice over you with joy; He will be quiet in His love [making no mention of your past sins]; He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy."
Romans 8:38-39 (AMP) — "For I am convinced [and continue to be convinced—beyond any doubt] that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Psalm 136:26 (AMP) — "Give thanks to the God of heaven, for His lovingkindness endures forever!"
A Prayer for Love:
"Lord,
Bless us with Your love—
not a love we have earned, but a love we have received.
Not a love that fades, but a love that endures forever.
Let Your love heal our wounds.
Let Your love calm our fears.
Let Your love fill our emptiness.
Let Your love guide our steps.
Let Your love overflow through us to others.
We do not ask for this blessing because we deserve it—
but because You are love, and You delight to give it.
Bless us with Your love, Lord.
Let it cover us, hold us, and send us.
In Jesus' name,
Amen."
The Promise for You:
His love is not a distant concept—it is a present reality. It pursues you, catches you, and never lets you go. When you are blessed with His love, you are blessed with everything.
Bless us with Your love. He has already poured it out—receive it, rest in it, and let it overflow.
