Please bless my sleep

Dear God,

Let me fall asleep,
Carry my burden,
Until bedtime only,
Relax fully in bed.

Give me sweet dream,
Heal my body,
Heal my mind,
Heal my soul.

So that,

Able to do God bidding,
To glorify God,
Avoid sin,
Be righteous.
