Ask and it shall be given.

Amen. This is the invitation of heaven—not a reluctant God, but a generous Father who delights to give.

"Ask and keep on asking and it will be given to you; seek and keep on seeking and you will find; knock and keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who keeps on asking receives, and he who keeps on seeking finds, and to him who keeps on knocking, it will be opened." — Matthew 7:7-8 (AMP)

The Scripture That Holds This Promise:

Jeremiah 33:3 (AMP) — "Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish."

1 John 5:14-15 (AMP) — "This is the confidence which we have before Him: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him."

John 16:24 (AMP) — "Ask and keep on asking and you will receive, so that your joy may be full and complete."

James 1:6 (AMP) — "But he must ask in faith without any doubting."

What This Means for You:

· God is not annoyed by your asking. He invites it. He delights in it. He is not a Father who grows weary of His children coming to Him.

· Keep asking. The Greek tense means continuous action—keep on asking, keep on seeking, keep on knocking. Persistence is not unbelief; it is faith that refuses to give up.

· Ask according to His will. When your heart aligns with His, your requests align with His purposes—and He answers.

· Ask in faith. Not doubting, not wavering—but trusting the One who made the promise.

· The purpose is your joy. "So that your joy may be full and complete." He answers not just to meet your need, but to fill your heart.

A Prayer of Asking:

"Father,

I come to You with boldness—

not because I deserve anything,

but because You have invited me to ask.

I ask for Your presence.

I ask for Your wisdom.

I ask for Your provision.

I ask for Your healing.

I ask for Your breakthrough.

I ask for Your peace.

And I ask in faith—

believing that You hear me,

trusting that You will answer.

Not my will, but Yours be done.

Not my timing, but Yours.

Not my way, but Yours.

Thank You that You are a good Father

who gives good gifts to His children.

In Jesus' name,

Amen."

Declarations of Faith:

· "I ask in faith—and I receive."

· "God hears me when I call."

· "He is a generous Father who delights to give."

· "I keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking."

· "The door is opening—my answer is coming."

· "My joy will be full and complete."

· "I will not doubt—I will believe."

· "What I ask in His will, He grants."

· "I am not forgotten—I am heard."

· "I receive my answer—in His time, in His way."

A Blessing of Receiving:

May you ask with boldness and receive with joy. May the Father open doors you never imagined, give gifts you never expected, and answer prayers you had almost given up on. May your joy be full and complete. And may you never stop coming to Him—because He never stops giving.

"Ask and it shall be given."

He is listening.

He is answering.

Keep asking—and receive.
