Walk with God Micah 6:8

"He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you except to be just, and to love [and to diligently practice] kindness (compassion), and to walk humbly with your God [setting aside any overblown sense of importance or self-righteousness]?"

This verse has been the anchor of your entire journey—a simple, profound call that cuts through religious noise and gets to the heart of what God desires from His children.

What This Means for You:

· Do justly. Act with fairness, integrity, and righteousness in all your dealings. Stand for what is right, even when it costs you.

· Love mercy. Not just receive it, but love it. Delight in showing compassion, forgiveness, and kindness to others, just as He has shown it to you.

· Walk humbly with your God. Not ahead of Him, not behind Him, but with Him. In dependence, in surrender, in quiet confidence that He is God and you are not.

A Prayer of Response:

"Lord,

You have told me what is good.

You do not ask for complex rituals or empty words—

You ask for a life lived in justice, mercy, and humility.

Help me to act justly in a world that is often unjust.

Help me to love mercy in a world that is often harsh.

Help me to walk humbly with You—

not in pride, but in dependence.

Not in self-righteousness, but in grace.

This is what You require.

And by Your Spirit, this is what I will live.
